The Club, founded in 1924, manages the Galiano Community Hall, the Nature Preserves of Mt Galiano and Bluffs Park (visit the Japanese Charcoal Pit Kiln) + the Community Forest - 830 acres. The Hall, with a 100 person capacity, fully equipped kitchen, is available to rent. The Club sponsors the Community Food Program that promotes food sustainability and security through workshops, community dinners and use of a public greenhouse. Annual Club events include the Blackberry Tea and Christmas Fair.
